How South Sound Stage handles inquiries, listing submissions and recorded activity on this website.

Updated October 16, 2026

Details you choose to send

When you use a sponsorship or listing form, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, organization, campaign goal, listing details, official links and message. We also record your consent, a submission reference and the time the submission is received.

New contact records are stored in a private database in South Sound Stage’s own Cloudflare account, separate from the website’s ChatGPT Sites storage. A notification containing your submitted details is queued for email to kyle@artesianolympia.com. The on-page receipt confirms the record was saved; it does not confirm delivery of that email.

Form submissions are not automatically published. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a message.

Why we keep those details

Your information is used to review and respond to your request, discuss a proposed sponsorship, check a listing, or address a correction. Cloudflare processes the records and notification emails on our behalf; our email provider also processes and stores the email copies. A form submission does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send you an automatic confirmation email. We use the email address you provide for follow-up.

We may use the event or organization details you supply to prepare a public listing after review. Your contact email is for follow-up and is not automatically added to the public listing.

Records remain in the private Cloudflare database, and notification copies may remain in our email account, until they are removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured. You can request correction or deletion of both the stored record and our email copies using the process below.

How we measure website activity

The site records aggregate activity counts, including views of sponsor features and organization profiles, and clicks on measured ticket, website and inquiry links. These counts help evaluate placement activity.

This measurement does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. The recorded counts are not unique visitor counts and do not show whether someone completed a purchase on another website. Ad blockers, connection failures and repeat visits can affect the numbers.

To limit automated abuse, the service also uses short-lived codes derived from a network address and the current hour. These codes limit repeated requests; the full network address is not stored in the inquiry or activity database.

Services that host or deliver the website may separately process technical request information, such as network addresses and server logs, to operate and protect the service. This is separate from the aggregate placement measurement described above.

Ask us to correct or remove a record

Email kyle@artesianolympia.com, or use the contact record request form and choose “Privacy or contact record request.” Tell us whether you want a correction, information about a record, or deletion. Include your submission reference if you have one.

Use the email address associated with the original request where possible. We may need to confirm that a record belongs to you before making a change. Do not include identity documents in the form.

The information in your privacy request is itself saved for review so it can be addressed.
